Payment and Product Return Policy

You can request a return for BlueTwo products within 14 days in cases of manufacturing defects from the date of receiving the order.

When returning a product, ensure all accessories are intact and that the product is in its original packaging. If you set a password on the device you wish to return, ensure it is removed; otherwise, the return request may not be completed properly.

Payment Methods

• Cash on delivery or secure payment for the product and shipping charges as stated on the invoice.
• 14 Days: You have 14 days from the receipt date of any item to request its return.

Quality Assurance

Please note that some products are not from the original manufacturer as they may be imported from China, such as Carter’s, some Chicco products, and Lequeen items. Additionally, some products do not offer specific shape or color selection and are based on the child’s gender (boy or girl). If you wish for a specific design, please indicate this in the notes section at checkout or contact us directly after placing the order but before shipping.
